Monday’s Muse – Writer’s Tip

A musician was asked, “When you write music, do you think about your audience when you compose, allowing their wants to influence what you produce?” His answer? “If I did that, the originality of my work would be limited to what I thought they wanted to hear. And, I could get it all wrong. For me, it is all about the process. I have to produce for an audience of one – myself. Then, of  course, I hope they love it as I do.”

Like any art, and life, love the process and you get it right every time.
